My Mother had quite an infestation of mice throughout her basement and first floor. We called (based on a recommendation from a neighbor in North Springfield) who has used him for many years. Dylan came out (ON TIME!) and was so professional, friendly, efficient and patient. He not only explained the process to me, he very carefully explained to my elderly mother and was so kind and patient. He reviewed everything multiple times and was very thorough. Rarely have I had a good experience with techs being patient with my Mom and keeping things simple and not talking down to her. I'm very pleased and have no problem recommending their service!
